I am a home builder in the Spokane/North Idaho area and have hired Austin and his team from Lone Mountain Excavation on several residential construction projects. They have handled everything from footing excavation and slab prep to footing drain systems, site clearing, etc. They are also able handle some of the more technical scopes of work such as tying in water and sewer lines to main lines and constructing retaining wall systems. You can tell that Austin and his guys take pride in their work and always go the extra mile. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other general contractors or to anyone in need of excavation/site work.
